为深入贯彻落实国家关于现代职业教育高质量发展、教育高水平对外开放及国际化工程技术人才培养的战略部署，积极构建与国际接轨的现代职业教育体系，2026年5月11日，海事人才国际化教育服务平台(KnowMi)与英国工程技术学会(IET)举行首次正式对接会议，双方围绕职业院校工程类专业国际化认证展开深度磋商，全面明确认证标准、实施路径与工作时序，共同推动职业教育国际化提质升级。

To thoroughly implement the national strategic arrangements for the high-quality development of modern vocational education, the high-level opening-up of education, and the cultivation of international engineering and technical talents, and to actively build a modern vocational education system in line with international standards, the Knowledge Marine International (KnowMi) and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) held their first official meeting on May 11, 2026. The two sides held in-depth consultations on the international accreditation of engineering majors in vocational colleges, fully clarified the accreditation standards, implementation paths and work schedules, and jointly promoted the improvement and upgrading of vocational education internationalization.

当前，我国正加快推进职业教育提质培优、增值赋能，着力提升专业建设、课程体系、师资队伍、实践教学的国际化水平，以更高标准培养适应全球产业变革与技术创新需求的高素质技术技能人才。

At present, China is accelerating the quality improvement, optimization and value-added empowerment of vocational education, focusing on enhancing the internationalization level of specialty construction, curriculum system, teaching staff and practical teaching, so as to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who meet the needs of global industrial transformation and technological innovation with higher standards. 

英国工程技术学会(IET)作为全球权威工程技术专业机构，其工程教育认证体系具备广泛国际认可度与行业影响力，是推动我国职业教育对接国际标准、拓展国际合作的重要伙伴。

As a globally authoritative professional institution of engineering and technology, IET has a widely recognized engineering education accreditation system with extensive international influence, making it an important partner for China's vocational education to align with international standards and expand international cooperation.

本次会议系统确立IET国际化专业认证的核心框架，聚焦课程体系、师资团队、实践教学、学生发展四大关键维度，形成统一建设标准：

This meeting systematically established the core framework of IET international professional accreditation, focusing on four key dimensions: curriculum system, teaching team, practical teaching and student development, and formed unified construction standards:

• 课程体系：严格对标IET全球工程教育标准，强化工程基础理论、实践应用能力与跨学科素养融合，紧密衔接行业前沿技术，全面彰显国际化人才培养导向；

•Curriculum system: Strictly align with IET global engineering education standards, strengthen the integration of basic engineering theories, practical application abilities and interdisciplinary literacy, closely connect with cutting-edge industry technologies, and fully demonstrate the orientation of international talent training.

• 师资团队：构建具备国际工程实践经验与专业认证资质的教学团队，部分核心课程需由拥有IET会员资格的教师担任，保障教学质量与国际规范同步；

•Teaching team: Build a teaching team with international engineering practice experience and professional accreditation qualifications. Some core courses shall be taught by teachers with IET membership to ensure that teaching quality is synchronized with international norms.

• 实践教学：建设符合国际标准的实验实训平台与实践基地，拓展跨国工程项目、国际企业实习等实践渠道，着力提升学生解决复杂工程实际问题的能力；

•Practical teaching: Build experimental training platforms and practice bases that meet international standards, expand practical channels such as transnational engineering projects and internships in international enterprises, and focus on improving students' ability to solve complex practical engineering problems.

• 学生发展：建立完善的学生职业规划与指导体系，支持学生获取IET学生会员资格，鼓励参与国际工程竞赛与学术交流活动，全面提升国际竞争力。

•Student development: Establish a sound student career planning and guidance system, support students in obtaining IET student membership, encourage participation in international engineering competitions and academic exchange activities, and comprehensively enhance international competitiveness.

此次合作是我国职业教育引进国际优质资源、提升专业建设能级的重要实践，有助于创新工程技术人才培养模式，增强职业教育国际影响力与适应性。

This cooperation is an important practice for China's vocational education to introduce high-quality international resources and improve the level of specialty construction.
